1)      Where are your kitchens made?

Our kitchens are manufactured in the UK. Some of the components we use in the installation of the kitchens, such as Blum hinges, are manufactured in Germany.

2)      Do you offer any guarantees with your kitchens and doors? 

We offer the standard manufacturers guarantee with our kitchens and replacement doors; they vary from 6 to 10 years depending on the specific manufacturer.

3)      How long will it take to have my kitchen fitted?

Depends on the size of your kitchen, but generally most kitchen installations take 4-5 working days. Replacement door or replacement worktop projects are usually completed in 1-2 days.   

4)      How long are your quotations valid for? 

Prices do change almost every quarter, however we offer our customers a price which is fixed for up to 6 months.

5)      Are you a member of any trade organisations? If so which ones?

We’re a member of the Federation of Small Businesses only.  We are an independent family owned business that has run from the same location for over 15 years.

6)      Are your gas fitters CORGI or GAS Safe registered?

All of our gas engineers are all GAS Safe registered.  

7)      What insurances do you hold?

We have Shop and Liability Insurances.

8)   Do you provide protection of existing flooring/surrounding areas to prevent any damage?

Dust sheets will be placed to protect the existing flooring areas around the work space.
